The Fury Studio was approached, by collaborators Frederick Lalonde and Jason Kruger, to put in place a rendition of Imagine Picasso. This conceptual behemoth was rendered by 50 projectors illuminating the floor, 16 foot walls, 8 architectural modules and a pre-show zone.
The Fury Studio mandate was two-fold: design and optimize the video system and program the timeline.
The original design comprised of over 90 projectors, and through careful restudy, we were able to reduce the count to 50. This greatly help with equipment cost, over production load-in time and operation maintenance.
Guided by the experience creators, Annabelle Mauger & Julien Baron, we carefully laid down, more than 200 high-resolution scans of Picasso's works spanning his complete career.
